Prepare Shipment:
  1. Complete handpiece work order form – include info/details about the repair(s) needed.
  2. Be sure to make a copy of the order form for your records.
  3. Wrap handpieces and/or instruments in bubble wrap, paper towels, gauze pads (use anything that will help keep the contents from moving around during transit) and place in shipping box.
  4. Affix pre-paid USPS mailing label to box (see pre-paid postage link below).
Insert in Box:
  1. Handpiece Work order form.
  2. Business Card.
  3. Damaged or malfunctioning Handpieces and/or Instruments.

Simply tape the box up and give to your USPS postal carrier. If you have any questions please call us at 239-592-5332.
