The proper care and maintenance of your quality handpieces begins with it’s correct use. While operating a handpiece and/or other dental instrument, always carefully read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use.
Follow all manufacturer’s cleaning instructions for low speed handpieces prior to and after sterilization. Low speed handpieces last longer and function better when lubricated before sterilization. Be certain to run air through handpiece afterwards to purge excess lubricant prior to use.
